Apple Acres is a family orchard established by my father Samuel J. Nassar Sr. in 1943. Since then, our unique orchard has come along way without increasing in size like many others have. Being small makes things more manageable for my wife and I so we can maintain excellent customer service. Today, the orchard is owned and operated by myself, Samuel J. Nassar Jr., and my wife, Jean Nassar.

Jean and I have successfully made the transition from a wholesale farm to one that is completely retail. In 1983, Jean began baking pies on the orchard and now is the envy of all pie bakers in the region. If you happen to come by in the morning your pie may even be warm!
